Some two months have passed since you carried out the extensive work in our bathrooms. This included new power showers, a new bath, re-tiling and re-decoration. You found during the course of the work that a new hot water tank was required.
I have nothing but praise for the wholly professional way in which you carried out this work.
• Work was started on the date agreed and was completed without break.
• The emergency additional work was organised and carried out within the overall programme.
• Your workmen were skilled, cheerful and respected the house, clearing up at the end of each day.
• Minor issues subsequent to completion were attended to immediately.
• There were no hidden charges.
